Inspired by my study abroad trip to Brazil, Papa Churro brings fresh-fried churros to the United States. Playing off the Spanish slang term, “Papi Chulo” meaning Sugar Daddy, Papa Churro seemed like the perfect name since churros are covered in sugar. Using a playful illustration of a churro looking like a chulo, the smooth sign painter’s logotype compliments the persona of Papa Churro. The brand color, baby blue, is used to create a friendly and inviting atmosphere for people of all ages who like churros.
